To begin, let me first admit my consistency with this blog has completely dissolved. (That is, if I ever had any to begin with.)
However, there is a reasonable explanation, not merely a lack of discipline.
No, it’s not Life’s circumstance distracting me; though, change is always eminent and inevitable. It’s also not a lack of desire either.
What is actually a secret, such a well-kept secret I’ve been guarding it for quite some time (try almost 12 years).
Only this what shall remain a secret no more; that is after March 18.
On March 18, there’s going to be a major announcement, right here, so you’ve heard it first!
This announcement will include some major updates and changes, and maybe even a face reveal (because who doesn’t like a good dose of vulnerability?)
You see, blogging was never the end goal for me, nor was it merely a stepping stone, a tool, or a means to an end. It’s just a part of my journey.
Now this entire scheme of mine might be a bit premature, but there have been some recent developments which have push my hand towards hitting this big red button on a sooner date than I originally planned.
And if I fall on my face, so be it. Failure is a part of life, and living in fear of failure is petrifying, to say the least.
Thus, if you’re one of the few out there reading these manic musings of mine, stay tuned because you’re in for a treat.
And to my readers out there, the faithful and few, thank you. I may have never said it before, but your interest does not go unnoticed. Even if there’s just one person out there, you keep me going.
(Then again, even if there was no one, I’d keep going, for I do it because I have to, I need to. Readers are merely an added bonus, not the reason for writing. Writing is its own reward, but I digress.)
So mark your calendars because on March 18, the proverbial veil will be lifted and the mystery shall be revealed.
And personally, I do love a good surprise.
